The firm plan, trial and billing

How the 14-day trial and the $15 a month firm plan work, and how to cancel.

Who pays

• Investors: free, with every feature.
• Accountants and advisers: $15 a month for the whole firm, with unlimited clients and staff. Your clients' logins are free.

The free trial

Every new firm gets 14 days with everything unlocked. You don't need a card to start. The Clients page shows how many days are left.

Subscribing

1. Click Subscribe on the Clients page, or go to Account → Firm subscription.
2. Pay securely with Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
3. You're brought back to Franked and the plan switches on within a minute or so.

If one person in your firm subscribes as the firm's owner, staff in the firm are covered too.

If the trial ends without a subscription

Nothing is deleted. Your clients can still log in and see their portfolios. Adding clients, client logins and firm features are paused until you subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Use Manage or cancel subscription on your Account page, or contact support and we'll do it for you. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
